1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Nebraska Auto Detailing ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Nebraska Auto Detailing provides mobile car detailing services in Omaha, Nebraska, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coating, and other automotive detailing services.
3. Booking and Appointments
When booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring that your location is accessible for our mobile detailing services and that you have the authority to authorize detailing work on the vehicle.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service price.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website or during the booking process. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the quoted price.
For certain services, we may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice.
5. Service Guarantees
We strive to provide the highest quality detailing services. If you are not satisfied with our work, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.
Please note that our services do not include repairs for pre-existing damage, and we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, scratches, or imperfections.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nebraska Auto Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, dents, chips, or mechanical issues. We are not liable for damage caused by environmental factors during or after our services.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Personal Property
Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before our service. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during the detailing process.
8. Weather Conditions
Outdoor detailing services may be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions. We will make every effort to notify you in advance if rescheduling is necessary.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nebraska Auto Detailing and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We may use before and after photos of your vehicle for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
